Reimagining Jewish Learning is doable. Our children are worth it.

Strategic Visioning

  • Hopes & Dreams Initiative

Engaging stakeholders in the initiative dramatically increases success rates. What are the parents’ hopes & dreams for their children? What do the clergy prioritize? What do the lay leaders want for the community? What do the teens think? Let’s see what emerges and from there build a program that works for your organization.

  • Small Changes. Big Outcomes

There are some proven strategies for student engagement that work. They nurture voice and choice, inspire children, and build friendships. If you aren’t sure which option to choose or do not know what the options are, JLC is happy to help you navigate the choices leading to success.

  • Intentionality & Structure

Not quite sure what is being taught or why? Many teach what they have for decades. The material is stale, the learning is frontal, and the kids are bored. It does not have to be this way. With a thoughtful scope and sequence of your curriculum for each grade, intentional lesson planning, and faculty training, progress is achievable. We can help.

  • Invest in your Educator

Through collaboration, your educator can help to lead this effort. Invest in them as you support them in bringing the best possible experience to your children and families. As a team, we can accomplish so much more than any of us can on our own. And when you build a professional team in the school, everyone wins!

“Ronni successfully reimagined and rebuilt our concept of learning and education. Ronni was able to quickly assess where we were and creatively come up with concrete ideas to push us forward, and she never stopped! Ronni is super knowledgeable and well organized. She is not only able to come up with creative educational ideas/solutions but she is also an expert in implementing them. Her energy and vision was contagious and she quickly earned the support of the team around her. Ronni was able to develop the faculty around her and mentor them, which raised the bar for the entire congregation. And while doing all of this, Ronni was still able to focus on each individual child, making sure they were getting what they needed and coming up with creative ideas to bridge gaps. She took on a monumental task for us and succeeded with grace.” Lauren-Nicole Gabel, Parent

“Ronni is truly the best of the best in Jewish educational leadership for Gen Zers. As a Special Educator, I have been exceptionally impressed with Ronni’s unique skill sets in utilizing the PBIS framework and trauma-informed practices to make congregational school settings safe, inclusive and welcoming spaces for learning. As a proactive rather than reactive approach to behavior management, Ronni has shown many families how investing in synagogue school culture results in stronger student motivation and engagement in course content. She is also an excellent resource for implementing creative tools and inspiring staff to always give their best.” Shoshana Schechter, Educator
