Set your faculty up for success

  • Faculty Professional Development Workshops

Educate your teachers in pedagogy, lesson planning, social/emotional learning, student engagement, and Torah! All workshops integrate Jewish learning with tools and techniques they can use in the classroom tomorrow. Our workshops engage your teachers actively so they will do the same for their students. Choose from one of our current offerings or we will create one for you on the topic of your choice.

  • Lesson Planning & Experiential Learning

Engage your students in ways that pique their interest. Teach your faculty how to inspire students as they nurture curiosity, collaboration, communication and creativity. Expand the types of activities your teachers offer to students in each lesson - art, nature, STEM, debate, drama, cooking, cartooning, videography, animation, and so much more! Make the learning relevant. Offer choices to students and watch the smiles grow.

  • Building Faculty Teams, Classroom Observations & Faculty Coaching

We partner with teachers to think through how things are currently operating in their classroom and how they would HOPE things could operate in their classroom. Without judgement, we observe, brainstorm, and make progress. It’s great for the students and for the teacher!

  • Improve Classroom Management with Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS)

Need classroom management solutions that are positive, build community in the classroom, and work? PBIS is a great tool for giving children a clear picture of what is being asked of them without the negativity that can set into a classroom culture. Let’s turn no’s into yes’s and frustration into smiles. For students and teachers.

  • Madrichim Training

Madrichim (teen assistants) are a gift to our teachers. The chance to work in the classroom is a gift to the teens and to the students. They truly want to be supportive and training can make such a difference. Possible topics include Classroom Management, How to Support Teachers, Working with Challenging Children, general session on what they are noticing in the school, and more.
