Some of our Faculty & Teen Workshops

Spirituality and Prayer

  • Hands-on workshop providing teachers with diverse activities to engage students

  • Concrete steps for implementing PBL

  • Learn how nurturing the 21st century skills of creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking and questioning can dramatically impact student engagement.

  • This workshop trains teachers how to plan lessons that quickly engage learners and keep their attention throughout the class.

Reimagining Learning

  • Give your teachers and students a tool that provides information they need to be successful in the classroom

  • Students who have good relationships with their teachers learn better, feel better about themselves, and make a stronger connection to Judaism

  • We choose how we encounter our students. Our acceptance and adjustments have a direct impact on how that child interacts in the classroom. Through the story of Moses and the Burning Bush we explore how we choose to show up for our students.

  • Concrete solutions for problems your teens or teachers identify. Originally delivered to NewCAJE Teen Fellowship 2022-23

Learner-Centered Classroom

  • Engage your entire faculty in a conversation about theology. Invite your clergy team to join, present, and participate.

  • Explore techniques for teacher prayer as we consider how to bring shelter of peace into our homes, classrooms, and sacred spaces.

  • Through and exploration of prayer themes, faculty develop activities that help kids make spiritual connections to prayer.
